Moonskin Guitar Giveaway Official Contest Rules

1. Eligibility:

The Moonskin Holiday Guitar Giveaway (the "Giveaway") is open to individuals aged 18 and above in the US, Canada (excluding Quebec), UK, Ireland, Finland, Sweden, Switzerland, Norway, Austria, Latvia, Ukraine, Hungary, Japan, Chile, and Argentina.
Members or Employees of Moonskin, their immediate family members, and individuals living in the same household are not eligible to participate.

2. Contest Period:

The contest begins on December 2nd, 2023 and ends on December 23rd, 2023 at 11:59 PM Pacific Time (the "Giveaway Period").

3. How to Enter:

To enter the Contest, participants must complete the following steps during the Contest Period:

Participants must purchase an article of merchandise from the Moonskin Store between December 2nd and December 23rd, 2023 at 11:59 PM Pacific Time.
Participants must share and tag someone in the Instagram post related to the contest on Moonskin's official Instagram account.
Participants must follow @Moonskinmetal on Instagram and or other socials.

4. Prize Details:

The prize will be a v shaped electric guitar, in the style of Alexi Laiho, or Randy Rhoads with the specific model determined by the number of entrants.
Likely Prizes include: ESP or Edwards Alexi Scythe or similar, Jackson RR24 or similar.
Prize Conditions:
If 300 or more people enter, the prize will be a top-quality ESP Alexi Laiho guitar ($4000 estimated Value).
If 150 or more people enter but less than 300, the prize will be a similar guitar but of lesser value like a Jackson RR24 guitar.
If more than 50 people enter, the prize will be a similar Offset V style guitar but of a lesser known make.
If less than 50 people enter, the prize will consist of a monetary value of the total of entrants.
Moonskin reserves the right to substitute the prize with cash, or of equal or greater value.
IF significantly more than 300 people enter, Moonskin may give away more than one prize.

- Ensure Your Entries are mailed prior to December 23rd to ensure our receiving them before the cutoff date.
- Each product purchase or mail in entry consists of 1 entry.

The winner will be notified via the email address provided during entry.
The winner will be announced on Moonskin's official website and social media platforms on December 23rd.
The winner must respond to the notification within 7 days to claim the prize.
If the winner does not respond within the specified time, a new winner will be selected.

7. General Conditions:

By entering the Contest, participants agree to abide by these official rules and the decisions of Moonskin, which are final and binding.
Moonskin reserves the right to disqualify any participant found to be violating the rules or tampering with the entry process.
Moonskin is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, or misdirected entries.

8. Publicity:

By entering the Contest, participants grant Moonskin the right to use their name, likeness, and entry for promotional purposes without further compensation.

9. Privacy:

Any personal information collected from participants will be used solely for the purpose of administering the Contest and will not be shared with third parties without consent.

10. Release of Instagram, Facebook and Moonskin:

Entrants release Instagram, Facebook, and Moonskin from any liability related to this Giveaway.

11. Governing Law:

The Giveaway and these official rules are governed by the laws of British Columbia, Canada.
